Andrew Hart

Andrew is the Chief Operations Officer of Tekton Group. Andrew is responsible for the asset management of all properties along with assisting Gabe Bodhi with investor relations. He works closely with the third-party management teams to oversee property operations and the strategic positioning of our investment assets.

Andrew has 12 years of experience in property management and 2 years of active real estate experience. He started his career in property management in college, leasing student apartments for Lincoln Property Company. Andrew moved from Florida to Colorado in 2011 where he continued his passion for property management and real estate. In 2013 he got his real estate license and started working as a broker associate at Porch Light Real Estate Group. After spending 2 years buying and selling single-family homes, he purchased his first investment property and shifted his focus back to property management. He developed his career over the years working his way up to regional manager for Portus Inc. Andrew’s last portfolio consisted of 18 properties with a total of 1200 apartment units, with a staff of 15+ employees. He worked closely with owners to set and achieve property-specific goals to maximize the value of the asset. Andrew received his BA in Marketing and Management from Florida State University.
